   We collect your name, email, phone number, location (state and city), KYC documents (including ID number and bank details), and transaction history when you use D'SafeMarket.

   KYC documents are stored securely in a private storage bucket. They are only accessed by authorized KYC admin staff for verification purposes.

   Payment collection is handled by Paystack. D'SafeMarket does not store your card details. Please refer to Paystack's privacy policy for payment data handling. Payouts and refunds are processed manually by D'SafeMarket to your verified bank account.

5. 5. Delivery Information

   When an order is shipped, the assigned driver's name and phone number are shared with the buyer, and the buyer's name and phone number are shared with the seller and driver, solely to coordinate delivery.

   We implement industry-standard security measures including Row Level Security (RLS) on all database tables to protect your data.

   You may request to update or delete your personal information by contacting our support team through the platform.
